Job Title: Network Response Technician
Pay: $21-$23/hr.

Position type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-12 hour day shifts during training, then will switch to overnight shifts!

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is seeking an Network Response Representative to join the team of a network mobility solutions company in Englewood, CO! The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, customers and installation technicians regarding the install of purchased tech products.

Job Highlights:

• Responsible for coordinating with vendors, customers, installation technicians regarding the install of purchased tech products
• Track and assist in scheduling technicians for multiple jobs
• Ensure installation is completed within a specified time frame or be capable of meeting deadline obligations
• Reviewing and approving photos of installed equipment and materials
• Provide basic reporting recaps for all installs to ensure overall improvement in processes
• Responsible for conducting site surveys
• Resolve routine to complex customer problems through telephone discussions, remote desktop tools, live chat, and email
• Expected to create and maintain training or solution documentation
• NRT will be expected to prioritize customer demands while working with multiple customers at nearly the same time
• NRT will be expected to support in field technicians
• NRT will be expected to escalate problems to the appropriate person and/or department promptly
• In the event installation projects are slow, NRT will assist with the fulfillment projects in the warehouse

What we look for:

• Experience in in cabling installation is a huge plus!
• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of MS Office & G-Suite
• Aptitude for learning new software
• Critical thinking skills
