Job Title: HVAC-R Lead Technician

Job Summary: --HVAC Technician that performs preventative, troubleshooting and service of commercial and industrial HVAC, Refrigeration, Chillers, and Boilers Systems. PMC is looking for a well-organized, outgoing, independent individual with strong relationship and team building qualities. A minimum of 5 years experience required.

In this position you will work with a wide range of equipment and systems including:

• Packaged roof top units of all sizes
• Large commercial / industrial split systems
• Make-up air units
• Mechanical piping
• Refrigeration systems large and small
• Refrigeration piping
• Chillers
• Boilers
• Hydronic systems
• Water source heat pumps
• VRF and VAV systems

OVERALL GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements on an iPad and submit paperwork according to Job.
• Service HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications with great attention to detail.
• Job management skills / ability to be self starter, work independently or as lead laying others out on work to be performed.
• Be on time and maintain reasonable attendance.
• Manage responsibility as a lot of what we do will require you to supervise yourself and make decisions.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS;

-Service of all various types of Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration equipment with working knowledge of:

-Refrigeration piping

-Gas Piping

-Hydronics

-Low voltage, DDC and Pneumatic controls

-Equipment start ups (wide variety)

-Pressure test, evacuation and charging of systems

-Complete HVAC-R Service

Pay Scale:$25.00-$50.00 Depending On Experience
