Machine Operator Assistant - 2nd Shift

Job Duties & Responsibilities: Feed and stack mouldings into a machine and/or onto a cart.

Additional duties required during moulding downtime:

• Cleaning the machine / area to maintain safety and quality product
• Banding bunks of mouldings
• Assisting with machine set up when possible

When necessary, may be required to work performing the following functions:

• Cleaning of production equipment in other departments
• Assisting other work centers based on need

Required Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and when appropriate, participate in modification of SOP to improve productivity and quality of product.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must have good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Working Conditions:

• Standing for the entire shift
• Eye protection is also required at all times.
• Fast paced and quality, quantity-driven
