Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing.

About the Role:

As the Maintenance Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Manager.
You will lead and mentor a team of 26 reports (4 direct, 22 indirect).
You will drive efficiency and excellence in maintenance systems and practices, at this critically important manufacturing plant.
Collaborate closely with Quality, Safety, HR and the rest of the Leadership Team including Production to schedule and execute equipment and facility repairs.
Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators to track and enhance maintenance function performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of plant equipment Maintenance (or Engineering) experience in consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
3+ years of leadership experience.
Solid knowledge of Continuous Improvement is required.
