The QC Supervisor will have a proven track record of leading people and controlling processes performed i alongside the production process. They will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing operations run smoothly and generate a consistent output of products that meet the quality standards of Trinity Glass and the expectations of the customer.
The Quality Control Supervisor shall demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills along with strong observation, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills. They will regularly collaborate with other supervisors in response to customer expectations and daily production demands.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise quality organization activities and job organization.
Ensure the timekeeping system is current.
Ensure proper quality coverage in place.
Deal with daily employee issues such as disciplinary actions and complaints.
Set the example for quality employees. Do the right thing.
Administer disciplinary action, when necessary, in accordance with the Trinity Employee Handbook
