Expectations

Vision

The Facilities & Equipment role at Chick-fil-A Razorback Road serves on the Senior Leadership Team as the go-to person for all things related to Repairs & Maintenance. In this role, it is required that this leader will oversee all maintenance / cleaning systems related to our equipment. They will also oversee the Inventory / Organization within the restaurant by overseeing the Truck Order / team that puts the Truck Order away.

People

Communicate effectively, share ideas and take a positive approach to all situations.
Create a LEAN culture and mindset with marketing.
Train and develop team members in all areas and systems related to marketing to support the role.
Create Accountability for our team to know what is going on with marketing.
Provide both formal and informal feedback to team on an ongoing basis.
Hold leadership team accountable by communicating all R&M expenses with them both on shift and at the Senior Leadership Meeting.

Food Safety, Quality & Customer Experience

Ensuring that if a piece of equipment breaks, it's fixed or scheduled to be fixed within 48 hours.
Repairs on facilities to be completed within 48 hours.
Maintains building / equipment and creates systems for preventative maintenance.
Ensure Cleaning Expectation Sheets are being completed daily.
Maintain a clean and organized environment.
Create and keep track of Kanban system for tools, supplies and resources.
Ensure inventory is organized properly.
Execute training and roll-out of new equipment.
Assess current systems and implement ideas for improvement.

Sales & Brand Growth

Make sure all Facilities & Equipment is up to speed and properly working to allow our Operations Team to serve more guests.
Ensure store is properly stocked with product at all times.

The consequence of meeting these expectations is a prolific and flourishing business, resulting in reaching and exceeding our goals of increase brand awareness, sales and profit. The consequence of failing to meet these expectations is injury to the business, resulting in disciplinary action - including suspension without pay and even termination.

Results

The following will be items you will need to be tracking each month. Please make sure to come to each meeting with Executive Director prepared. Every six months, these items will earn you points to go into your Bi-Annual Review.
