Your ability to effectively manage project timelines and budgets is essential for keeping projects on track and within financial constraints.

You are responsible for delivering successful outcomes while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for the following: 

• Overseeing construction projects from start to finish. 

• Leading teams of construction professionals. 

• Communicating with clients. 

• Allocating resources efficiently. 

• Managing risks. 

• Ensuring quality control. 

• Administering contracts. 

• Managing budgets. 

• Ensuring regulatory compliance. 

You will need to bring a combination of leadership, communication, project management, and technical skills to successfully deliver construction projects within industry standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring that their expectations are met. 

What it takes to succeed:  

You will need 5 years of experience in a project management role in the steel commercial construction industry. A strong work ethic with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines will make you a perfect candidate.
