Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. This individual should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

• Proven working experience as a pre-litigation/claims assistant
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Extensive computer and database expertise

• Answer questions and address complaints
• Keep updated records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned

Bilingual is recommended with a minimum 1-year prior experience working in a law firm handling personal injury cases.

Annual Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 (DOE)
