Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversight and Management:

   • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Los Angeles branch office.
   • Ensure efficient and effective functioning of all branch activities.
   • Monitor and manage branch performance to meet or exceed goals and targets.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

   • Collaborate with headquarters to recruit and onboard new staff members.
   • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
   • Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new employees, providing necessary training and support.

3. Communication Channel:

   • Serve as the primary communication channel between the branch office and headquarters.
   • Facilitate smooth communication and information flow between business partners and the company.
   • Address inquiries and requests from business partners in a timely and professional manner.

4. Training and Development:

   • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
   • Monitor training effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in branch management or similar leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Able to travel up to 15%
• Bilingual in Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the Bank and or Card Payment industry.
