** Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent (Call Center )**

**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking experienced and licensed Health & Life Insurance Agents to join our MEDOPTIONS team in the DFW area. The ideal candidates will have a background in sales, particularly within a call center environment, with a strong emphasis on customer service and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting with insurance needs.

- Educate customers on various insurance policies and guide them through the application process.

- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and sales techniques.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

- Valid Health & Life insurance license in the state of Texas.

- Previous experience in sales, preferably within a call center environment.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
