Psychometrist

At Bista, we are seeking a psychometrist to perform a variety of clinical and supportive roles under the direction of a licensed clinical psychologist. The position requires direct administration and scoring of standardized testing for the purpose of identifying a diagnosis or ruling diagnoses out. The psychometrist also will be required to professionally and compassionately interact with children, adults, their families, their caregivers, and other Bista staff members.

This is a new service for Bista and we are looking to expand our service platform with this position. We are currently seeking a psychometrist that has some or extensive experience in administering assessments, scoring, and working with clinical psychologists.

Applicant Requirements:

- BA in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or similar is required

- Current certification from Board of Certified Psychometrists (preferred, must obtain within 4 years of employment)

- Experience administering diagnostic assessments with children, teens, and adults (with and without developmental disabilities)

- Excellent organizational skills

- Strong observational skills

- Professional writing skills (Assessment Results or Treatment Plan)

- Strong interpersonal skills (with families and staff)

- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
