Bookkeeper

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team! We act as the back office for several businesses - we keep the books - - keep all accounting records - - prepare quarterly payroll reports- - issue monthly financial statement packages to the owners. We need a what I call a "full charge bookkeeper". That means you have knowledge of the complete accounting system. Not just Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.

This is a job in Little Rock - there is some flexibility on work from home - - but NOT all the time. Most time would be in office. We are looking for full time person - which would need to come into office 'most" of the time - - However - if there was someone that wanted to only work part time - and fit our needs - we could break off a special part of work - about 2 days a week worth - and they could do that from home - if they wanted or could come into the office.

Pay rate will be based on experience and background. - - And if they worked full time or part time.   YOU MUST LIVE IN CENTRAL ARKANSAS.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Full general Ledger -
• Reconcile bank accounts - - Enter and Reconcile Company Credit Card charges
• Prepare quarterly payroll reports
• Monthly Journal Entries
• Review Financials at end of Month

Qualifications:

• Looking for "full charge bookkeeper"
• Fundamental knowledge of General Ledger and Financial Statements
• Ability to Learn other Accounting Software - - Although everything now in Quickbooks
• Responsible to carry out duties without detail oversight
• Deadline and detail-oriented
