Responsibilities:
- Own compensation analysis for a company of 250 employees, with a specific focus on California, Washington, and Oregon.
- Provide coaching to managers on compensation conversations, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to research and implement effective compensation solutions that align with our strategic goals.
- Actively participate in HR team initiatives and contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR processes and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis duties
- Extensive experience in researching and collaborating with managers and colleagues to implement solutions.
- Desire to be part of an exceptional HR team in a professional environment and willingness to work on-site as needed with a hybrid work schedule.
