Line Service Technicians - Tacoma, WA (Ruston Way) - Seasonal

Kenmore Air is an iconic company dedicated to its employees and customers! Serving the Pacific Northwest for over 77 years, we provide scenic tours, scheduled service and charters. We also operate two airplane maintenance facilities, sell airplane parts and provide flight instruction. This position will be at our new Tacoma location on Ruston way that we opened up last summer. We are looking for seasonal Line Service Technicians for our Tacoma, Ruston Way location! This is a seasonal position from May – September and will be open on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. This position is committed to ensuring on time departures as well as providing outstanding customer service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with arriving and departing passengers
• Meet and secure aircraft
• Coordinate and direct dock movements for arriving and departing seaplanes
• Ensuring aircraft cleanliness including interior/exterior washing
• Aircraft refueling
• Communicates with multiple departments to ensure a smooth daily operation
• Maintain the cleanliness of all facilities, equipment and light janitorial

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 16+ years old
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Enthusiasm and the willingness to handle any challenges with professionalism
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift & move up to 50 pounds
• Willing and able to work in all weather conditions outdoors
• Comfortable with long periods of standing and walking
• Climb short ladders and stairs

Salary range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
