SEASONAL Customer Service & Shipping Associate - Watch Repair

We are seeking a Seasonal Associate to support our Watch Repair facility in Peoria, with a strong focus on phone-based customer support. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while also assisting with shipping and data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide timely, professional support to customers regarding repair status, shipping, and general inquiries

  • Document customer interactions and update order details in internal systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer questions and issues

  • Support shipping functions, including preparing and tracking outgoing and incoming packages

  • Maintain accurate data entry and ensure order information is up to date

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with data entry and basic shipping/logistics processes

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This is a seasonal role with the potential for extension based on business

needs.

The pay range for this this opportunity is $16.00 - 17.00 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
