[Remote] Client Strategy Director (Agency exp req) Responsibilities
• Conduct internal and external stakeholder interviews, market, and competitive analyses
• Create comprehensive growth strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Lead strategic research presentations and tactical planning sessions with clients
• Convert project clients to ongoing retainer services by delivering compelling marketing plans
• Develop highly tailored B2B marketing strategies backed by the research
• Monitor campaign metrics and analyze project progress to ensure guaranteed ROI is achieved
• Recommend and implement improvements to optimize marketing strategies
• Analyze offer and value propositions, customer data, transaction data
• Audit marketing performance and conduct customer/prospect surveys
• Transition accounts to an account director for execution of the resulting plan

• 5+ years of developing data-driven B2B marketing strategies experience required
• 4+ years of market research experience experience required
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required
• 2+ years of Marketing Agency experience required
• Deep experience in B2B marketing lead generation required
• Extensive campaign optimization experience required
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics required
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills required
