MetaPhase is seeking a Chief Technology Officer with a minimum of fifteen (15+) or more years of experience in Federal IT. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a customer facing technology evangelist that will lead solution architecture and the art of the possible to our US Federal government customers. You will lead overall technical innovation, differentiation, strategy, and sales to include creation and execution of the MetaPhase technical vision/direction.
You will be responsible for capturing and providing technical leadership to Digital Transformation and IT Modernization for complex technology programs.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• At least 15 years of experience in the technology services industry with significant experience in the federal information technology market.
• Ability to develop, manage, and implement a technology roadmap and portfolio
• Experience with and thought leadership in digital transformation and IT Modernization initiatives
• Ability to mentor, lead, and promote technical talent to include solution architects and solution developers.
• Experience collaborating with program managers, project managers, and clients to improve the delivery of services
• Knowledge of the government procurement process including responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFI), etc.
• Significant experience supporting capture activities to include participating in gate reviews, writing specific sections of proposals, providing preliminary technical guidance for solutions, and task cost estimation.
• Ability to lead and facilitate tech challenges (client" bake offs") in support of RFPs and developing prototypes and tools to support market teams based on client needs

Essential Responsibilities

• Bring deep domain expertise in technical strategy, digital platforms solutions, data management, and technical operation to actively participate in the definition and implementation of the long-term technology solution strategy aligned to our strategic plans
• In support of sales and business development plans, meet with current and potential customers technical leadership to evangelize MetaPhase technical capabilities and solutions
• Closely partnering with service delivery and operations teams to ensure technical excellence in delivery
• Active participant in the growth and capture process to include writing and reviewing proposal materials and participating in orals and technical challenges.
• Support partnering with vendors to develop differentiated solutions and represent MetaPhase at key forums and speaking engagements
• Responsible for the identification, development and mentoring of mid to senior level technical staff
