What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Spearheading Sports Podcasts: Develop, launch, and oversee a slate of Always On Sports-focused podcasts, making your mark in the sports podcasting scene. 
2. Driving Content Creation: Play a pivotal role in editorial writing and developing show materials that engage and captivate our audience. 
3. Leading Production Excellence: Manage both internal and external production teams to ensure our content is produced at the highest quality, on schedule, and within budget. 
4. Budget and Collaboration: Collaborate on the development of budgets and oversee the implementation of the approved financial plans for each show, ensuring fiscal responsibility and creative ambition go hand-in-hand. 
5. Building Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective talent and partners, expanding our network and influence in the podcasting and sports storytelling landscape. 

What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:

1. Passion for Sports: A deep love and knowledge of sports, coupled with the curiosity to explore and embrace various sporting disciplines beyond your current expertise. 
2. Podcasting Prowess: At least 2-3 years of experience producing always-on podcasts, showcasing your ability to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging. 
3. Talent Management Skills: Experience working directly with talent, understanding how to navigate diverse personalities, and ensuring collaborative success.
