We are seeking a highly motivated leader to step into the DO Producer Management Information Services Manager (ISM) role. This role is key to advancing our distribution modernization strategy by delivering innovative solutions that support marketers and producers across all business segments. You will help optimize the distribution experience by improving communication, fostering experimentation, and expanding associates' skill sets-while balancing enterprise priorities.

This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in complexity, excels at building partnerships, and is passionate about driving enterprise outcomes through disciplined execution.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications) 
      • Info Services Manager: $150,000 - $165,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of leadership or people management experience leading engineering and platform teams and initiatives.  
  • Proven experience delivering complex teams within a SAFe Agile environment, including PI planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-ART coordination.  
  • Strong technical acumen and AI fluency with the ability to define and execute legacy modernization strategies, balancing architectural transformation with business priorities, risk, and owning solution outcomes.  
  • Experience in the financial services industry, with an understanding of regulatory, security, and operational constraints.  
  • Solid foundation in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) with demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse teams.  
  • Experience managing third-party/vendor partnerships and distributed delivery teams.  
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).  
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging, encouraging diverse perspectives, active listening, and continuous learning.  
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet and be based in the United States or Puerto Rico; quarterly travel to Omaha, NE required. 

PREFERRED:

  • Experience working in the insurance and/or financial services industry.  
  • Certifications
    • Project Management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications) 
    • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
    • Insurance-related certifications (e.g., AINS, CPCU) 

This role is classified as remote; however, periodic in-person attendance will be required at times for activities such as quarterly or project planning, training, or other business-critical meetings.
