THE JOB:

As a Digital Operations Producer for the APLA (Asia, Pacific, Latin America) team, you will be embedded with our client partners in Beaverton, OR, supporting strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives. You will manage digital marketing workflows across web, email, apps, and more. This role is multifaceted, blending operational excellence, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.


AS A PERSON, YOU ARE:
  • Equipped with strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration, with a track record of working effectively across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

  • Possessing a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, user experience principles, and emerging industry trends.

  • Able to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and deliver strategic recommendations confidently.

  • Able to work across time zones to accommodate meetings and collaboration with Territory teams.

  • Interested in sports, with an appreciation for diverse cultural insights, and a keen focus on consumer-driven approaches.


IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
  • Serve as the primary interface with clients, embedded within their team, and align with their in-office expectations.

  • Lead and refine marketing workflows, creating clear and efficient operating models.

  • Responsible for supporting the development and execution of seasonal digital marketing plans for APLA NSW & Kids.

  • Work closely with Global, Geography, and Territory teams to deliver digital marketing needs, on & off platform.

  • Own and manage digital programming for each season, including ROS development.

  • Oversee digital production for Nike owned digital channels.

  • Facilitate seamless communication and handoffs to Territory digital marketing teams.

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders across various cultures and time zones to ensure timely, effective completion of all digital projects and asset delivery to all supporting teams.

  • Serve as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact for all digital marketing seasonal projects, including expertise of tools and knowledge of cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proactively manage strategic priorities, raises risks, and offers productive solutions.

  • Create and maintain digital workback schedules, providing clear milestones and aligning stakeholders to successfully deliver.

  • Maintain an organized source of truth for briefs, workback schedules, and deliverables.

  • Manage multiple projects of various scopes with converging timelines.

  • Manage meetings effectively by organizing logistics, setting agendas, capturing actionable notes, and ensuring follow-through.

  • Communicate proactively across departments, cultures, and time zones to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Build strong relationships, confidently engaging with leadership at all levels and valuing cultural differences.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in production/operations and/or marketing.

  • Proficiency in tools like Airtable and Figma for managing workflows and creating impactful presentations and consumer journeys.
