About the Role:
Our Client, a world-renown mobile game developer, is looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead the growth and operations of a newly launched mobile game. This role is pivotal in shaping the game's strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing a cross-functional team to ensure long-term success. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the game's roadmap, live operations, and player engagement strategies while collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the overall vision, strategy, and performance of the game, ensuring it meets business objectives.
  • Oversee P&L, monetization strategies, and live operations to drive growth and player retention.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, marketers, and analysts to execute the game's roadmap.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and market trends to optimize game features, content updates, and engagement strategies.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities, business goals, and execution plans.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making within the team.

Qualifications:
  • Experience leading successful game production, live operations, and/or game design teams within mobile gaming.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling successful mobile game titles.
