About the role... The Creative Operations Producer plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of creative production for Sam’s Club Member Access Platform (MAP) advertising campaigns. This role bridges the gap between internal stakeholders and our agency of record to drive high-quality, on-time creative deliverables that align with business objectives and brand standards.
You’ll manage timelines, coordinate approvals, and maintain oversight of campaign assets from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and has a strong grasp of project management fundamentals within a marketing or agency context.   • Facilitate creative production for campaigns and deliverables associated with 5–10 account lists.
  • Partner with clients to obtain source files, raw assets, and complete creative briefs.
  • Initiate work requests in Workfront, develop production schedules, and manage project timelines in coordination with the agency of record.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the agency of record to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Route final creative assets to clients for review and approval, manage client feedback, and coordinate revisions with the agency of record.
  • Maintain detailed tracking and status reporting for all campaigns in progress.
  • Initiate the push/handoff process for approved creative assets and ensure delivery meets platform and compliance requirements.
  • Enforce production standards internally and externally, including timelines, quality expectations, and revision limits.
  • Ensure adherence to cross-functional processes across internal and external teams.
  • Proactively identify and escalate at-risk campaigns or deliverables.
  • Partner with Account Managers, Partner Managers, and the agency of record to provide creative production solutions for campaign needs.

  • 2+ years’ experience in Creative Operations, Business Operations Management, Account Management, or Marketing.
  • Experience in the digital media industry, preferably within or in partnership with an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including issue resolution, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Apian, Salesforce, Workfront, or similar workflow management tools.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
