REMOTE Support Analyst
- $41 to $45 Hourly

Seeking a Support Analyst with a background in Ticketing Systems supported by Java. Working for a Fortune 100 Manufacturing Company who's headquarters in Peoria, this position can either be onside OR REMOTE! See the details below and get ready to be Swoon'd!
Need:
- Support analyst with JAVA experience that can dive in a do troubleshooting
- Web experience looking for:
- Previous experience with JAVA based web (different apps written in JAVA and able to access JAVA web page)
- Reading portal logs is REQUIRED (does not need to be intimate in web Sphere) but need to know error messages in WebSphere
- Angular = nice to have
Typical Day:
- Reviewing ticket submitted by customer, dealer or employees that have questions about he website
- Also working with website team to troubleshoot and resolve reported issues
- Ex: problem with another back-office system
- Updating knowledge articles
- 8-5 M-F (flex if needed to start at 7a)
- Travel
