Role:  Sr Technical Business Systems Analyst (SQL)

Experience: -   Min  10+ Years    

Hiring mode:     Contract

Location: -     Jacksonville FL

Looking for  experienced Systems Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with strong SQL and healthcare payer domain expertise to support enterprise data and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of healthcare data domains, analytics workflows, and enterprise data platforms while serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or related discipline.

·       10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst.

·       Prior experience working within a Healthcare Payer environment.

·       Strong understanding of healthcare data domains including Claims, Providers, Members, Clinical, and Operational data.

·       Advanced SQL expertise with experience writing complex joins, CTEs, subqueries, aggregations, and data validation queries.

·       Experience supporting enterprise data warehouses, analytics platforms, or data lake environments.

·       Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements.

·       Experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
