Process Specialist

As a process specialist, you will be responsible for:
Inspecting and ensuring the normal operation of equipment and process in our solar panel module manufacturing facility
Developing and providing training on manufacturing work instructions and procedures
Addressing and proposing solutions for various accidents and issues that may arise during the production process
Making and maintaining daily operation and maintenance records of relevant systems
Following work arrangements, rules, and processes, as well as safety and conduct policies
Completing other work and tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
Cooperating with the engineer to provide on-site guidance for special operations
Performing other duties and special projects as needed
Joining a training program in South East Asia and China (may be required)
To be successful as a process specialist, you will need:
An associate degree or above in a related field, such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
At least 2 years of relevant practical work experience, preferably in solar modules or semiconductors
Skillful use of computer office software and AUTOCAD software
Dedication, hard work, reliability, and adaptability to shifts and pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
