About the role:

We're looking for a Project Manager-Solar on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will join the Early-Stage Solar Engineering & Construction (E&C).You will work for the largest renewable construction company in the world working mostly independently as business and project support in collaboration with the Solar Regional Lead Project Manager.

You will report to the onsite manager. Location: Juno Beach, FL. 33408- relocation package is available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility is to take ownership of and work independently to manage a portfolio of assigned Solar projects through the Early-Stage processes to include Screening,Diligencing and Early-Stage Pipeline in preparation for turnover to Late-Stage Project Management.
  • Leverage technical, commercial, and financial expertise to support and guide the broader team towards overall project, your department, and corporate targets.
  • Analyze technical and financial data, build notable variables, indicators, and trends.
  • Investigate broader market impacts into your portfolio of projects.
  • Daily management of each assigned Solar project is all-encompassing. You are wholly responsible for delivering a technically feasibility, schedule appropriate, commerciallysupported, and financially viable project.
  • Support in the creation of, take ownership over, and manage not only each individual Solar project capital budget, but balance +/- variances across your portfolio of projects.
  • Participate in multiple software applications to support your activities, manage critical data and deliverables and report on main indicators.
  • Support the larger Early-Stage team with process, tool, and training projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
  • Strong financial and data analysis skillset
  • Mechanical awareness and/or interest in technical variables
