Pay Transparency

In compliance with SBโ€ฏ1162, Calโ€‘Solar (with 15 or more employees) is required to include a pay scale in all job postingsโ€”even those intended for future hiring. For transparency, the estimated pay scale for future Solar Leadership roles are:

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000โ€“โ€ฏ$90,000+ per year, depending on direct industry experience.
