Pay Transparency
In compliance with SBโฏ1162, CalโSolar (with 15 or more employees) is required to include a pay scale in all job postingsโeven those intended for future hiring. For transparency, the estimated pay scale for future Solar Leadership roles are:
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000โโฏ$90,000+ per year, depending on direct industry experience.
