The successful candidate will enjoy a fast-paced environment and must have demonstrated expertise in Qualia, with the ability to use all facets of this software from day one. Significant experience with Microsoft Office and an ability to maintain composure and professionalism under the pressure of competing deadlines is also required. High attention to detail, solid writing, interpersonal and administrative skills are critical. Candidates who meet these requirements should submit a cover letter, resume, and salary requirements.
Duties Include all aspects of residential conveyancing: client intake through post-closing. Knowledge of Qualia ordering payoffs, MLCs, plot plans and preparing disbursement schedules is key.
Possible Hybrid work from home position.
Pay: $48,000 - 65,000 per year (full-time) commensurate with experience
