Terramac is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor at our St. Louis, MO location. The Quality Assurance Supervisor will serve in a hands-on role, leading the onsite Quality program for a Terramac manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Quality Manager in developing / refining, coordinating and facilitating the Quality Management System for the Terramac manufacturing facility.
• Ensure rapid and effective countermeasures are implemented by Quality Operations and/or production, based on feedback from audit activities.
• Execute quality planning function for the Quality Manager.
• Lead the Quality Assurance team in the development of reporting system(s) required to support quality department feedback to quality, production, and plant management staffs.
• Support problem solving and resolution to reduce warranty costs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Work with Quality Engineering Group to reduce warranty costs.
• Coordinate new quality procedures and processes.
• Perform quality checks daily and records necessary data.
• Ensure quality processes are being followed.
• Review quality logbooks for assurance of completion.
• Manage 3-7 employees in daily tasks and ensure employees are meeting expectations.

What You’ll Need:

• Associate degree in relevant field.
• 3-5 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong ethical conduct.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability.
• Results-driven, friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Initiative and ability to work independently and with others.

What Helps:

• Trade or technical schooling a plus.
• ISO Certified experience a plus.
• ERP experience preferred.
