Job Description

The mission of the ANA (Association of National Advertisers) is to drive growth for marketing professionals, brands and businesses, the industry, and humanity. Position Summary

The Marketing & Communications team has a fantastic new career opportunity for a Manager of Web Production who will be responsible for a wide variety of production tasks across the department. These range from mocking up and designing web pages on ana.net to shooting and editing promotional videos for new products and services. We’re seeking someone who can wear a lot of hats and work well with internal stakeholders to create great new content.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage web production lifecycle from initial timelines to task allocation through creative process and execution and manage communication and status updates with project stakeholders.
  • Ensure that communication, delivery expectations, and timelines are clear with all individuals involved in a project. Serve as liaison between cross-functional departments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team to keep web content regularly refreshed, engaging, and highly relevant to our members.
  • Manage content production: produce, shoot, and edit videos and photos; record podcasts and training modules that are used across various communication channels at conferences and external events.
  • Code emails (new campaigns and/or changes to existing) with a view to optimizing across multiple devices and email clients.
    • Conduct ongoing testing of campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
    • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to meet business and design needs.
    • Assist with ad hoc email marketing/CRM projects where needed.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus two to three years of experience in web production and/or creative/marketing project management
  • Experience building and managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Methodical attention to detail and highly organized
  • Extremely strong people and partnering skills
  • Strong technical understanding of internet technologies and the operation of a corporate website
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and photography/videography
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and previous experience working with a WordPress or a custom content management system a plus
