Product & Advertising Compliance Consultant

Our Aligned Assurance team is seeking a highly-analytical Product & Advertising Compliance Consultant (or Sr. Product & Advertising Compliance Analyst, depending on experience) to serve as a subject matter expert on a wide variety of compliance and risk issues.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
    • Sr. Product & Advertising Compliance Analyst (2-4 years of experience): $68,000 - $73,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Product & Advertising Compliance Consultant (5+ years of experience): $75,500 - $85,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in product compliance, providing guidance across the company.
  • Draft and review complex policy forms and to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Partner with internal teams to support product development, filing strategy, and approvals across jurisdictions.
  • Communicate directly with state regulators to secure timely approvals, resolve issues, and defend product positioning.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes to help keep products and materials in compliance.
  • Contribute to risk management efforts and take on opportunities to grow within compliance and product areas.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • A minimum of 2 years of product or advertising compliance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of life and health insurance regulations and ability to interpret complex laws.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Juris doctor (JD) degree
