    • Inventory forecasting and optimization
    • Rate management, quoting, contracting, and order management
    • Campaign execution, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and with high quality across all platforms.

Process, Systems & Scale

  • Design and implement scalable processes that improve speed, efficiency, and margin across advertising operations.
  • Partner with Product and Technology to optimize tools, workflows, and quote-to-cash systems.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce operational friction while supporting revenue growth and media performance.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a key operational partner to Advertising Sales, enabling sellers with tools, insights, and resources that support deal velocity and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Finance, Billing, and Collections to ensure accurate invoicing, compliance, and revenue recognition.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to expand advertising real estate, unlock new inventory, and improve media ROI.

Market & Industry Expertise

  • Maintain a deep understanding of:
    • Travel advertising trends and competitive dynamics
    • GDS platforms and travel distribution models
    • Digital media performance, pricing, and measurement
  • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations and competitive responses.

Could this be you?

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising media planning, ad operations, or contract management, preferably in digital, travel, or B2B technology environments.
  • 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to execute complex, multi-market advertising campaigns with operational rigor.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Technology teams.

Industry Experience (Preferred)

  • Background in travel, travel technology, GDS, digital advertising platforms, or marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with performance reporting, ROI analysis, and advertising monetization models.

Personal Attributes

  • Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and detail-driven.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Team Culture & Why You'll Love It Here

  • A highly interactive, globally connected team with an "all-in" mindset.
