Job description

Responsibilities
Print & Digital Advertising
  • Lead the planning, creation, production, and distribution of print and digital advertising for both divisions.
  • Develop advertising briefs, wireframes, production schedules, and proof distribution.
  • Partner with Merchandising to identify featured products, source imagery, and build seasonally relevant advertising.
  • Ensure pricing, product information, messaging, and creative meet brand standards and are production ready.
  • Oversee print ads, digital ads, ad signage, ad blocks, private label art packs, business cards, and store opening and closing collateral.
  • Coordinate advertising production with internal teams, printers, and external vendors.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Support Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Operations with advertising and promotional initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the Print & Digital Advertising team while improving workflows and production efficiency.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail advertising, print production, marketing, or a related field.
  • Leadership or project management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in retail or value-driven brands.
  • Knowledge of print production and digital advertising workflows.
  • Experience partnering with Merchandising teams.
  • Strong proofreading and quality assurance skills.
