Job Description Description: This position coordinates and supports the execution of marketing and advertising production initiatives by managing workflows, operational processes, and cross-functional partnerships. This position serves as a subject matter expert on production systems, processes, and best practices while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and execution. Responsibilities/skills: Coordinate and manage production schedules, workflows, and dependencies to support the execution of marketing and advertising initiatives.

Partner with cross-functional teams, business partners, and technology resources to support production initiatives, operational priorities, and successful project execution. Serve as a subject matter expert on production systems, processes, and best practices, supporting the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of operational standards and workflows. Identify, analyze, and resolve production challenges while partnering with stakeholders to implement effective solutions and process improvements.

Lead and contribute to projects focused on process optimization, workflow enhancements, and operational effectiveness. Coordinate production communications, reviews, approvals, and deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with business objectives. Support the creation, configuration, maintenance, quality assurance, and distribution of marketing and advertising assets, including shoppable advertising programs, across multiple channels and partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to promote effective collaboration and execution. Support new initiatives, programs, and business priorities by providing production expertise and operational guidance. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in retail experience. 4 + years of experience in print and digital design/production. Strong experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of creative/production execution. Knowledge of various software used in print production. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
