Job Description:
SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordinating the advertising production activity of internally created ads, brochures, flyers, coupons, property collateral and signage to market the Company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Performs excellent guest service at all time.
• Conceptualizes and designs printed pieces within deadline and budget requirements.
• Works closely with Marketing and Casino Team Members to coordinate marketing activities.
• Works with printers and other vendors to ensure best pricing and quality of printed materials.
• Supervises job orders in conjunction with the Graphic Artist.
• Oversees the production and output of the Graphic Artist.
• Ensures software and image libraries are maintained with the highest standards.
• Assists Advertising & Digital Production Supervisor with photo shoots and branding campaigns.
• Assists in coordination and communication with internal departments for filming locations and needs to ensure a smooth filming process and all P&P's are followed.
• Runs errands and gathers supplies for shoots.
• Maintains guest behavior through monitoring, signage and locking down the set.
• Monitors and responds to guest interaction and competitor activity.
• Provides support with website content and verifies the accuracy of displayed information.
• Budgets yearly expense for all collateral and other printed material.
• Evaluates and maintains inventory levels of all print material.
• Maintains a consistent, regular attendance record.
• Performs any reasonable request made by management.
• May be used as an usher as needed by management for events.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Technical degree in Graphic Communications or equivalent experience. Minimum of two to three years experience in marketing or advertising, with background in pre-press or printing operations preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required. Must be proficient in the use of the computer using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Out Look.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
