Accounting Clerk

Now Hiring for an Accounting Clerk in Quakertown, PA! Immediate need - Temp to Hire

Fully in office - Monday - Friday from 8-5 with an hour for lunch

Responsibilities

• Data entry of new customer information
• Assist in maintaining customer information and demographics
• Verify and update multi-state tax exemption certificates
• Assist in periodic review of tax exemption certificates for renewal dates and request for updated forms
• Process multi-state sales tax returns
• Create spreadsheets and reporting in Excel to run and edit weekly reports in systems
• Some credit/collections duties

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and data entry skills
• MS Office Suite - Intermediate Excel skills - Must be able to create a spreadsheet and work with calculations
• Associates Degree in a business related field -OR- High School Diploma or GED and over 2 years of experience in accounting
