What You'll Do:

• Engage and Impress: Be the friendly face and voice of QDI Surfaces by answering calls, greeting customers, and assisting walk-in sales.
• Product Guru: Showcase your knowledge of our incredible product line, addressing customer inquiries, and providing expert advice.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
• Networking Extraordinaire: Attend industry events, build connections, and contribute to our growing success.
• Marketing Maven: Dive into exciting marketing projects assigned by our GM or Operations Manager.
• Organizational Wizard: Keep things running smoothly by managing office supplies, maintaining the sample room, and updating inventories.

What You Bring:

• Acctivate Experience a plus, but not required
• Experience & Expertise: 3-5 years in customer service or office management, with a preference for those familiar with the natural stone industry.
• Detail-Oriented: Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you don't miss a beat when it comes to attention to detail.
• Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding service with a smile – your professionalism and presentation skills set you apart.
