We are looking for a Project Manager, Architectural Marketing responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring all architectural sales marketing materials for assigned divisions are available on time and accurate to sell homes.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Managing all architectural marketing projects for the lifecycle of the community.
  • Leading the project progress by organizing and managing requirements, ensuring deliverables align for quality and accuracy to meet division needs for the following architectural marketing assets: Printed Brochure Floor Plan Inserts, Community Specific Floor Plans, Master Floor Plans, Option Details, Design Your Own Home Interactive Floor Plans and Virtual Rendered Tours.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders: cross-functional corporate team, Community Planning, Marketing Managers, Options Managers, and Division Architectural Managers.
  • Collaborating with members of the Community Planning Team, Operations, Architecture, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing to solve issues, strive for continuous improvement, and team building to support assigned divisions.
  • Ensuring timelines, for all architectural marketing projects, are achieved for the community deadlines, in assigned divisions; prioritizes many competing projects for both floor plan requests for Architectural Marketing Specialists and exterior rendering requests for Visualization Coordinators.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; uses appropriate grammar, organizes and articulates ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Associate degree or equivalent certificate 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in Marketing or Architecture.
  • Excellent Organization Skills.
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator Experience.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
