Concessions Supervisor - Canalside

Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region, whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.

What you'll be doing:

*This position is summer only from May to September at our Canalside location at 44 Prime Street, Buffalo, NY 14202. The hours of operation begin with weekends and will transition to full-time hours in late-May. Opportunity may be available to transfer to our Chicago Street Brewery kitchen once the season ends.

*Evening and weekend availability is a must.

In conjunction with the Offsite Events Manager, the Concessions Supervisor will oversee operations at our Canalside location. This individual will ensure the successful execution & daily operations of site to include tasks like: scheduling, staff supervision and training, maintaining inventory, enforcing and ensuring compliance with company polices and mandated regulations.

What you'll need:

• Minimum of two (2) years of service industry experience
• Prior supervisory experience desired
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and operations of an off-site
• Valid and current driver license and reliable transportation for travel as needed
• Proficient with a POS system - experience with Toast is a plus
