Picture your morning: you grab your tools, check your parts stock, and head out to support cafes, restaurants, and workplaces that rely on perfectly brewed coffee and tea. As our Beverage Brewing Systems Field Service Specialist, youโ€™ll keep commercial coffee and beverage equipment running smoothly through expert installation, maintenance, and repairโ€”all while delivering clear communication and great customer care.

Schedule & Coverage
  • Typical work hours: Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:30 a.m. โ€“ 4:30 p.m.
  • On-call rotation required, including weekends
  • Primary driving radius: approximately 100 miles in most markets; regional travel as needed
What a day can look like
  • Arrive prepared with the right parts inventory and a prioritized route plan.
  • Install, remove, and commission commercial coffee and beverage dispensing equipment at customer sites.
  • Handle scheduled PMs, unscheduled repairs, and occasional emergency calls with poise and speed.
  • Conduct site surveys and assist in planning and executing multi-unit installs.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, pneumatics, and boiler-related issues; read electrical schematics and wire equipment safely.
  • Close each service call with thorough documentationโ€”work performed, parts used, accurate invoicesโ€”and secure required customer signatures.
  • Maintain replenishment levels for spare parts, restocking per guidelines.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams; relay customer feedback and requests.
  • Honor service level agreements and manage priorities to meet expectations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of mechanical/technical experience
  • Foodservice background preferred
  • Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or using test meters preferred
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable traveling within a 100+ mile radius of the branch
  • Strong problem-solving and equipment diagnostic ability
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently
  • Capable of handling both planned and unplanned work: PMs, installs, surveys, emergency calls
