Overview

STONE Resource Group is partnered with a leading company in the HVAC Industry looking to expand their current team by adding a to their organization. This is a hybrid, Direct hire opportunity that is perfect for someone looking to expand their skillset, work in a leadership capacity, and work with advanced technologies!


Job Responsibilities

  • Building, running and documenting tests.
  • Responsible for overall evaluation and improvement of product reliability, through collecting and analyzing failure data, recommending design and or process improvement.
  • Interfacing and supporting product development engineering for electrical engineer and software development tasks.
  • Perform reliability qualification or re-qualification tests for EE/Software system.
  • Support Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) initiatives for EE/Software Systems
  • Facilitate team meetings and serve on multiple functional teams.


Must-Have Skillsets

  • Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) experience.
  • Experience or knowledge in FMEA initiatives.
  • Minimum 5-years of reliability engineering experience
  • Intermediate computers skills (Microsoft Word, & Excel)
  • Experience in developing test plans and schedules.
  • Experience in developing and generating product and component reliability prediction models using Weibull.
  • Experience in developing and generating testing plans and reporting methods.
  • Experience in facilitating team meetings and serving on multifunctional teams.
  • Experience with data analytics.
  • Working knowledge of python, C++, Visual Basics, MySQL, JavaScript


Nice to Have Skillsets

  • Experience in recommending and implementing design improvements.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, resources management and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer and Electrical Engineering
