  • Partner closely with the Maintenance Execution Manager to ensure planned maintenance work is executed safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact to production.
  • Collaborate with the Electrical Maintenance Manager to improve the reliability of electrical, instrumentation, automation, and process control systems.
  • Work closely with Operations to optimize equipment performance while balancing production objectives with long-term asset reliability.
  • Lead maintenance planning activities for annual and major plant outages, partnering with Corporate Engineering to develop work scopes, schedules, contractor plans, and resource requirements.
  • Support capital improvement projects by providing reliability engineering expertise during equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and startup.
  • Ensure the effective utilization and continuous improvement of the plant's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including asset hierarchy, preventive maintenance optimization, work order quality, and maintenance data integrity.
  • Promote standardized maintenance practices, reliability-centered maintenance principles, and continuous improvement initiatives across the maintenance organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred. Equivalent education and relevant industry experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive reliability engineering, maintenance planning, or maintenance leadership experience within a cement manufacturing facility or a comparable heavy industrial environment such as mining, aggregates, steel, chemicals, pulp and paper, power generation, or similar process manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated experience leading maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, inspection, and asset reliability programs.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Annual performance-based incentive bonus.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Company-sponsored life insurance and disability coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and other paid time off programs.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities within Titan America.

Success in the Role:

The successful candidate will be a proactive, hands-on leader who is passionate about improving equipment reliability and operational performance.
