Batch Maker/Compounder Team Lead

Our client in Alsip, IL is looking for an experienced Batch Maker/Compounder Team Lead. As the lead, you will supervise, and coordinate activities of the employees engaged in duties within the various batching processes.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm

Your New Role:

As a Batch Maker lead, you will oversee production schedule, organize workers and materials for assigned orders to maximize productivity, minimize costs, and maintain quality. The lead also assists the batching manager with daily activities of assigned shift, ensures product adherence to standards. You will ensure proper use of staged materials including partial drums, totes, and bags of ingredients.

What You Need:

• Minimum of 2 years batch making/ compounding experience required.
• 2-3 years’ experience of being in a lead capacity leading production team, preferably in batching.
• High school diploma/ GED required.
• Experience in accurate pouring weighing and measure of ingredients in pounds, grams, and fluids.
• 5S and Lean Manufacturing experience desired
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
