Description
We're looking for a professional, proactive, highly organized executive assistant to play a key role in our growing team. You'll be responsible for assisting our high-level Finance Executives with administrative duties such as making travel arrangements, overseeing itineraries, answering phone calls, and managing our office filing system. Responsibilities
•Be the main point of contact for high-level executives
•Other assistant duties as assigned by executives such as pick-up orders, and other personal assistant tasks
•Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, bank deposits, and invoices in a timely manner
•Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
•Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
Qualifications
•Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
•At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
•Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
•Experience using Microsoft Office (extensive use of Excel)
•Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
