Financial Analyst provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, working capital, pricing analysis, and investments including M&A modeling
- Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management
- Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
- Conducts special financial and business-related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses
- Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a US Person (due to export control/trusted supplier rules)
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.), MBA preferred, in Accounting or Finance from four-year college or university
- 5 - 7 years of related experience with manufacturing background strongly preferred
- Aerospace & Defense, Space, Medical and Industrial markets specific industry experience preferred
- Working experience with GAAP accounting principles
- M&A experience preferred with focus on value creation analysis

Job Qualifications:
- US citizenship or permanent resident alien status is required.
- Bachelor's or Master's (preferred) degree in in Accounting or Finance from four-year college or university
- 5 - 7 years of related experience with manufacturing background strongly preferred
- Aerospace & Defense, Space, Medical and Industrial markets specific industry experience preferred
- Working experience with GAAP accounting principles
- M&A experience preferred with focus on value creation analysis
