Legal Intake Coordinator

What are the responsibilities of an Intake Coordinator ?

As an Intake Coordinator, you will ensure a memorable experience by building excellent rapport and confidence, identifying needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner to help determine if we can assist the prospective client on their legal case.

• Obtains client information by answering incoming calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
• Enter client information into the Case Management System
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to Firm requirements
• Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
• Sets appointments on calendars to include time, place, and investigator availability or office if appropriate
• Follow up with potential clients regarding missed appointments and pending retainer packets

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Computer skills: 2 years (Required)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
• Spanish (Helpful but not required)
• Work Location: 100% on site
