Executive Vice President (EVP) - T&D

The Executive Vice President - T&D is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) business unit. This includes responsibility for the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the company's T&D assets. The EVP - T&D will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and reliability of the company's T&D system.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing a large and complex T&D organization. They will have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of T&D, as well as the business and financial aspects of the industry. They will also be a strong leader and motivator, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the T&D business unit
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and reliability of the company's T&D system
• Oversee the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the company's T&D assets
• Develop and manage budgets for the T&D business unit
• Monitor and report on the performance of the T&D business unit
• Work with other senior executives to develop and implement the company's overall strategy
• Represent the company to external stakeholders, including regulators, customers, and the community

Qualifications:

• 15-40 years of experience in the T&D industry
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects of T&D
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
