Project Coordinator

Summary:
Provide Project Coordination for Jetco on water and wastewater control systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Contractors/Customers on scheduling Jetco personnel for Contract Jobs: point checks, start-ups, etc.
• Confirming project checks lists are completed by contractor.
• Coordinate between Jetco Departments for scheduling, parts delivery, etc.
• Inform Management and Department Directors of any concerns with scheduling.
• Process the paperwork and tracking for project change orders.
• Assist Service Department scheduling, quote requests and submitting quotes to customers.
• Assist the quoting department on Contract Bid Projects.
• Manage Purchasing
• PO’s (Purchase Orders)
• MPO’s (Master Purchase Order List), which also includes the tracking of received items.
• RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization)
• Get Lead-times data.
• Assist Service Department and Panel Shop with ordering replacement parts or stock items.
• Manage master pricing guide.
• Track project status with Jetco’s project tracking software.

Working Conditions:
• Project Coordination at computer workstation.

Supervision Received:
• Receives Job assignments and deadlines from Director of System Programming & Director of System Engineering.

Qualifications / Experience Requirements:
• 2+ years of project coordination experience in contracting / construction-type project environment.
• General knowledge of the Water / Waste Water Controls Industry.

Required Skills:
• MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive)
• Adobe Acrobat Software
• Intuit QuickBooks
• Effective communication with Customers/Engineers/Contractors (Face-to-Face, Phone, and Email)
