Job Description

You are a Front Desk Clerk, a reliable Customer Service or Clerical expert, eager to jump in and help. You are a quick thinker and problem solver. You are patient and empathetic and have a tough skin when put in difficult situations. You are organized and detail oriented.

This position pays: $16 - $18 hourly

Schedule: This position is an on-call role, shifts include Day, Swing, or Graveyard

What you will be doing:

Answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages, responding to voicemails
Greeting tenants and visitors, granting entry to only approved individuals
Providing customer service to all
Monitoring the activity of the property, taking detailed observational notes
Responding to any tenant needs
Problem solving and contacting necessary parties in the event of an incident or emergency
Scanning documents, uploading your reports to the database

What you bring:

Computer literate. Entry level skills with Typing, Phones, Microsoft Office Suite
Punctual and reliable attendance
Excellent display of patience, understanding and customer service to all
