Front Desk Clerk - Hotel

The Lodge

Manitowish Waters, WI

EAU Holdings is looking for a Front Desk Clerk at our beautiful hotel in Manitowish Waters known as "The Lodge". Whether it's morning coffee at Dixie's, bike rides along miles of world-class paved trails or a relaxing dinner at Smokey's, we take pride in providing a five-star, world-class customer experience.

This full-time position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI.

Hours: Flexible schedule, morning or evening, but does require weekend hours on Saturday or Sunday.

Position Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests, answer phone calls and book guest reservations.

  • Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs in a timely manner.

  • Provide suggestions to guests regarding dining and local activities.

  • Inspect public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness.

  • Morning shift will include light kitchen duties, setting up, and cleaning up the guest continental breakfast.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact in a positive and professional way.

  • Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem-solve.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
