About Us:

Sulzer, a dynamic and customer-focused service center specializing in Pump repairs and equipment maintenance. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we’re seeking a skilled Service Center Administrator to join us.

Location: Bridgeport, New Jersey

Compensation: $25.00 Per Hour (DOE)

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Service Center Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Relations:
   • Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor.
   • Coordinate appointments and services efficiently.
   • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
2. Administrative Support:
   • Process service-related paperwork accurately.
   • Maintain billing records and invoices.
   • Assist with light bookkeeping duties.
3. Payment Processing:
   • Collect payments from customers.
   • Complete payment transactions accurately.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the service manager to optimize service operations.
   • Support the service team in achieving high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or education is a plus).
• Background in administrative support or customer service.
• Proficiency in common office software programs (e.g., Excel).
